Good to hear. Pretty soon he should face one of the top 5 to see how he fares against top competition. I read on Sherdog that Irvin sent Martin out on a stretcher! Dang. Just letting you know I found a page on Sherdog that has updates so you don't have to post them. Thanks anyway though, I appreciate it.

Randy Couture choked out Arsdale beginning of 3rd round. ~ Triangle choke.
Liddell = Horn fight next.
My bro said they don't know who won the Sylvia - Tra fight yet. It was a prefight. Hopefully, if the main fight goes quickly they will show the prefights.

Hey angryjonny, I know you're getting updates on sherdog...but...
I just talked to my bro. He said Sylvia "DROPPED" Tra with a left kick to the face! He said Tra was 'OUT' before he hit the canvas...it was obvious that his body was limp on the way down...
