if it happens, I think BJ takes this one in a somewhat dominating fashion.

He flip-flopped about it for a long time, but finally agreed to do it in order to coach on TUF5, which will culminate in BJ vs Jens.

I don't know what to say about this fight -- I'm a fan of both of these guys, but neither of them are firing on all cylinders these days. BJ needs to accept that the MMA world is passing him by and he's not the sure thing he once was. He needs to get a first class team together and train HARD -- go right back to the basics and get hungry. And with Jens, I know he wants it and he trains hard, but I've heard Pat Miletich say that Jens has a tendency to get down on himself and lose focus. After his last fight before returning to the UFC, he said he needed to go back to work on his ground game and remember that MMA isn't just boxing. So he comes in against Lauzon and gets knocked out -- rotten luck.

I think TUF5 will be good for both of these guys, and I hope they take advantage of it just like the contestants.
