Default Help with junk food.

These last 2 weeks I have been training hard but I have been eating junk food everyday. It does not feel good. How can I stop this? I heard that drinking water helps clear the toxins inside of your body. Is there other ways to help stop eating junk food? Has anybody been through this? It's not as easy as some people would think to change your diet.
