I say a really good idea is buying protein or supplement bars. They are referred to as supplement bars because they replace the meal you crave. After a while the urge to have junk food goes away, also you ever think of having a turkey sandwich, sushi, or just having fruit or veges instead of eating all the fattening food? If you want to get in shape and see the results you need to lay off the junk food and start eating healthier otherwise it will be the death of you.
