i've lost 6lbs on the sitnspin plan...
but i can't really do burpies to easy cause i live upstairs, but i do them without the jump.
i don't have any cheat days, but if i am craving something i will eat it.
this is cause if i don't eat it now, i might eat 3 times as much of it next week.
