It really depends on the style you like.. Splinter Cell is more covert.. you dont want to be seen, you have to make quiet kills etc. Rainbow Six 3 is tactical combat, you want to avoid being seen at all costs just like in a real world situation but you dont automatically lose the mission should an alarm go off
So to me, I like it more than Splinter Cell
