GSP's comments on the fight were probably someone else's bad advice.
I am getting a bit tired of Serra's playing the victim all the time. He is as surprised as any of his defeat of GSP. I will bet money against anybody on the outcome of their next encounter as GSP should be able to beat Serra 9 out of every 10 times.
Folks, why don't you compare resumes and start making peace with the fact that Serra's victory was a result of chance?
Dana, make them fight again. After all Serra earned his title match by winning a tv show (with a split decision), not in the main events.

I agree. Better to say hit the road ******* or whatever. What if Serra has French /F-Canadian fans?
GSP is normally perfectly polite in his comments. And he was so immediately after the fight and in everything I've heard from him since. Then there's this one bad quote and suddenly he's a jerk. What he said isn't even that bad. His training was flawed - yes most losses are probably decided in the training before the match - he underestimated Serra and wouldn't have taken the fight if it were hughes - yes we already know he underestimated Serra. He thinks he would win the rematch - of course he's going to think that.
I like Serra but it's harder to now. An American fighter in the ufc insulting foreigners is not classy. GSP didn't let boing make him insult USA, which is why he's the classier guy imo.
