TRYING not to eat much at all... although sometimes i have to admit i binge and eat a frozen pizza lol... i try my hardest though and i know its my weakness...

I assume you eat your breakfast when you wake up or close to it. Then it seems your last meal is quite early. Assuming you train hard you would really like to add another meal after your dinner.
