looks like mostly hardcore bodybuilding principles there. nothing wrong with them if your looking to gain muscle to move up a weight class. however most guys will experience enough hypertrophy from basic lifting, the standard 3 sets of 10 and what not and would'nt need to look into the more obscure techniques that also tend to have a heightened risk of injury. you can't forget that fighters are not bodybuilders and don't devote every second of the day to building muscle.
