The only thing that needs to happen with fighter payouts is to raise what the lower tier fighters make by 7,000 - 10,000 thousand. The higher tier fighters like 20,000 - 40,000 (Karo, Forrest, etc...) and the Elite fighters get paid good money but maybe some more.
I still think the minimum should be $10,000.
