Anderson Silva vs Big Nog Sparring Vid.
I saw this on another MMA forum and thought it was pretty sweet.

click the 5th video down, they don't actually have the camera on the sparring session until about a minute into the video.
I must say, Anderson Silva is a machine on his feet. His was bobbing and weaving looked reallly good. They were sparring pretty hard I must say, and Silva wasn't even wearing a head guard. Also Silva looked huge in this video.

Anderson looks really big,his movement was key.
That punkass wouldnt being sparring without a headguard if he were in with him  .

Nice link, thanks. You guys are right, Silva looks pretty big. He always seemed to look like a WW to me. I guess the TV is decieving.

He is hitting him hard. Two reason.
1. So when he fights he will have the stamina and ability to throw hard in the ring and not slap like Werdum did to AA.
2. Silva has a fight coming up. Silva has to get use to getting hit and hit hard. My current training consists of me taking knees and medicine balls to the stomach thrown very hard and with me just taking them. I have a huge weak spot in my game to knees to the stomach in the clinch. I need to work on my toughness. If Anderson wants to be able to sprawl and keep every fight standing he has to be able to make sure he doesn't get a fluke KO. If you watch Anderson even takes a few punches clean with his hands down. Also boxing gloves dont hurt as much as you would think. If you get hit with them in the same spot for 45 minutes its one thing. For a round or two... not that big a deal.
