Well, what you eat to gain weight and lose weight are pretty different.

Breakfast i always go for oatmeal, actual oats not the other sugary ****, with some honey, and dry wheat toast.

Chicken and lots of it, green veggies(eovv is good with these to get your fats), tuna , fish, brown or wild rice, eggs are good.

If your trying to lose weight, you should be aiming for 5-6 meals a day, not just three.

Eating like hell at breakfast is very essential

As far as foods you wont get bored of...lol..if you find some let me know

Your question of what you should eat depends on what your trying to do, the foods i listed before are good for losing weight, but its more involved then what you eat, when you eat is important and calorie intake as well.


Eating to gain weight/muscle is pretty different then what i outlined before and you eat a LOT, if you cant eat, forget about trying to get big.

Age plays a big factor too, so your age would be good to know as well as your exercise regimine.

So list your age, weight, height, BF(if you know it), exercising regimine, and ill try to help ya a bit more
