Great interview. Other than saying, "Lets get it on!", I had never heard Big John speak before. The guy knows his stuff, and I agree with every thing he said.

I agree, he was good at reviewing what the rules are for advancing position. I've always understood the rule to be that if you stay on top without advancing your position on the ground, then they'll stand it up. Big John was good at saying that sherk, even though he didnt sub or GNP Franca out, still advanced his position brilliantly.

Its simply that Franca defended well. It was a good fight.
