Carbs
Ive heard alot that if you eat carbs its almost impossible to have a good six pack. I really want a sixpack thats shows even when im not flexing. Any dieting tips? Andei Arlovski even said he doesn't eat bread so he keeps his six pack.

From what I've seen of pictures of you, TICL, you're already skinny, right? I read something recently how the world is divided between people who need to burn off that layer of fat before they look ripped, and people who are already lean but just don't have the muscle to show.
If you're in the latter, you'll get your six pack from working the hell out of your abs. Weighted situps, bicycle crunches, the captain's chair, planks, etc. If you're unclear about any of those exercises, they can all be easily found by googling them.
And if you're starting to get fat, stop eating your meals at work.

if your just after a six pack ill give you a sure fire to get you one guarenteed!
1) Get good whey protein and good multi vits (youll go through 1kg per week roughly)
2) Train your Abs, do an exercise involving 50 reps 10 sets (so it burns like hell and youll cry before you finish, if you do) Do this every 2nd day.
3) Replace your breakfast/lunch/snack and supper with a protein shake and take your multi vits twice a day, thats 4 shakes and a normal dinner.
4) Do this for a month, youll go through a ton of protein and your fitness wont be great, your health might even degenerate! You will however, have rock solid abs that look as good as any bodybuilding/ mens magazine model f00bar.
Sounds extreme, but thats how they do it, they replace all but 1 or 2 meals a day with whey protein shakes and work religiously on their abs, theres a reason why we dont see MMA guys like the face/body boys in the mags though, that kinda ripped looked aint for fighting, but if vainity is your thing, thats hows its done.
If your a fat guy your gonna have to spend the normal period of shedding weight and fat, but for a young dude with a wirey frame like TICL its ideal to jump right in on it.

Listen guys am not joking here, and i know from experiance that this works, yes its extreme but in 4 weeks on that diet you will drop your BF% like a sinking ship, you will pack on lean muscle and the sheer isolation factor with your abdominal muscles will mean they will be in a constant state of bulking up, defination, ripped and healing.
Its extreme and certainly not healthy, normally i wouldnt even recommend a thing but its for TICL and I did stuff like this at that age and survived it, and summer is just peaking...
But hey if your outside your BMI dont even think about it, not worth it and most people cant even hack it anyways . **Note - BMI is a useless figure most of the time, this is the one case I know it has actual merit, if your in the lower scale of your BMI you can dope up on serious protein and do various crunches like crazy and get an 8 pack with full oblique sets in literally weeks.

multi vits are 90% crap, like all pills, but some vits are water soluable (vit C for example) and will wash through your system with your urine, somes arent and will stay in your body (calcium, iron etc), your taking them just to act as if your eating normal food, might as well and try and get as much nutrition as you can get so you dont drop dead, then again if you take too many multi vits they go toxic on yer arse very quickly then its off to the hospital to get your stomach pumped and nurses taking panick attacks when they find a slurry of red protein shake mush come through the machine like your having a rabies attack, fun times...

A good way to drop BF that has personally worked wonders for me and quite a few people is know is a fish and veggie diet.
First...its a pain in the ass, but simple.
Eat fish and veggies in every meal along with water, and thats all, eat whenever you are hungry, and you will be amazed how quickly your BF will drop.
This of course can get a bit expensive, and eating nothing but fish and veggies is a mental killer for anyone but it works.
Another thing, try not to drink water while your eating, it makes the nutrients harder to absorbe.

Good Advice guys. I have a six pack but I want it to show better while i'm not flexing. Like De la hoya and mayweathers. I'm not saying I have what it takes to be like them but what kind of exercises do they do.?

Keep doing the exercises I mentioned, and sweat your a$$ off six days a week with sparring and roadwork.
Also, don't confuse carbs with starch. Arlovski doesn't eat bread because it's a simple starch and high on the glycemic index, which means it makes you fat.
Fruits and vegetables have carbs, but they're good carbs that are easily burned as fuel that's necessary for energy.

I have a pretty good six pack that shows when im not flexing, not to blow my own horn or anything. I just do 4 sets of abs every time i work out always. I do not go by a certain number of crunches, i just go by till it burns and i feel good about it. After im done i just stick with grilled chicken, steak, peanut butter, and always a glass of milk. I am not sure if its true but i heard drinking milk can also help weight loss.
