Not bad, I still think Serra is rated way too high though.

Fortunately rankings aren't based on single upsets such as his win over GSP. You have to take into account past wins and past opponents and I think considering these factors he should be nowhere near #1. Just my view though.

"To be the best you've got to beat the best" Serra did that. He'll do it again when it comes time to face Hughes.

Yeah, I agree with you JM. Rankings look good.
Pretty close to MMAweekly's rankings. The only difference being MMAweekly has Hughes ranked third and has Karo and Diego ranked 5 and 6, respectively.
I like Serra at 3, he has earned a right to be up there for beating GSP. But to say he's number 1 right now is a stretch.

I think the WW class could possibly the hardest class to rank. You have Matt Serra who beat GSP, but most everyone thinks GSP is still better, including me. Then you have Diego who beat Karo, but some people like to rank Karo higher because he has one his last couple of fights, and Kos who beat Diego but some people still think Diego is better. Then you have Jon Fitch. He hasnt really fought any of the top guys, but hasnt lost in nearly five years. Factor in Matt Hughes and you have one hard weight class to rank.

u see all those guys there and then you see john fitch 13 fight win streak, if he beats diego do you think the guy deserves a title shot? how many times must he win to get a shot, reminds me of babalu, only babalu got more credit.
