Wow! Will he lose his title? Damn straight he should!

I don't see how anyone could have seen that coming, he's way too flabby to be juiced.

The silver lining behind all of this is that at least it was a fair fight since Franca was juiced too.

This is the exact kind of crap that the UFC and MMA does NOT need!!! Here's a title fight with BOTH contestants testing positive. Jesus H Christ!

Strip his freakin' title and have BJ Penn face Joe Stevenson for the vacant belt.

seeing how Sherk and France both tested positive we could consider the fight fair, as neither had an advantage since both were using. seriously, Dana must be pissed that Sherk and Franca both got caught. what a black eye this is for the sport.

One of my favorites of alltime, but I am no hyppocrite, I think it is a sham for a fighter not to mention a champion to use steroids.

If they strip his title (which they should), it's definitely tough to figure out who should fight for it. BJ is BJ, but he hasn't fought at LW in a looooong time. Stevenson, the winner of Thomas/Fisher, and KenFlo would all be right there.

Kenflo? He shouldn't have gotten a title shot in the first place.

This sucks, I had alot of respect for both Sherk and Franca, especially after seeing Sherks training display on All Access but it's diminished quite a bit now.

That would be the IDEAL solution, but could they get it commissioned? If so, LET'S GET IT AWN!!! That would be AWESOME!!!

If they strip the title, they'll never have a better setup for a tourney than this. You have several guys who could legitimately claim a shot at the belt. Set it up with Thomas, KenFlo, Fisher, Stevenson, BJ, and Huerta.

Seeing as how he cant fight for a year, the UFC has no choice but to strip his title. They can't very well go a whole year without a lightweight title fight.

Damn...I wouldn't want to be anywheres near Dana White today, he must be f***ing pissed. Hopefully Sherk will be a big enough man to atleast admit he took them.

and what is with the csac nailing everyone, are they better than the nsac in finding illegal substances?

Do you really think he got like that with a normal work out. Thats funny because before this tread was posted I commented on Franca's steroid use saying if you can't beat em join em. I'm not surprised at all,look at the dude.

BJ just fought at LW. And looked very good i might add.

A LW tourney would be the best idea IMO. Put these 8 guys in it.

He's out for over a year so I would think they must strip the title from him. Plus when Big Tim tested positive they made him give up the belt if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, he does look like a mini-WWE wrestler. I hoped he was clean. Guys with a compact frame like him can really pack on the muscle with proper diet and training - which he obviously had. The suspicious thing for me was how much lean muscle mass he has. It's very, very tough to have that much muscle mass with that low body fat %. It can be done, but it takes a very strict regimine and excellent genetics.

wow, shocked. Especially after All Access as people have said. Disappointed is how I feel, and cheated as a fan. Stripped of title and a heavy fine is what I would like. A tourny would be awesome!

Steroids are now working their way into MMA, coming in from the evil pro wrestling

It is possible to be big without steroids, just saying Sherk's physique alone was not proof of steroid use.

BJ got bigger recently, better test him too, then test Randy Couture while your at it.

Sad day for UFC, Dana while have someone shot I reckon.
