LMFAO, only the utterly naive would ever have believed that adjusting someones copper or zinc levels could have any kind of serious impact on lean body mass and muscle gain. I laughed my ASS off when that scandal broke wide open.
One guy I KNOW ain't on the juice is Nate Diaz. That guy is au natural to the max. Littler pipe cleaner arms,but the dood is tough as nails and uses ju jitsu and wins. Much respect Nate. Now don't you go and blow a Pot screen and embarrass me.

And they should....Without proof its not something you should say or accuse people of, To joke about it in a lighthearted way cause a guy is strong or something is kind of one thing but to say someone uses and not have proof is another.
Its always good policy to just let it come out in some official form before you say anything about it in a serious way.

Well, if the past is anything to go on (both Sylvia and Barnett being stripped of titles due to steroids), then Sherk will be stripped of the title and there will be a few contender fights and a vacant title fight. Most likely being BJ Penn vs. someone like Steveson. Not too many people in the devision will be able to give Penn that much trouble now that Franca and Sherk are out for a year.

Wow this is shocking. He always talked about his work ethic and cardio, he should be ashamed and there is no doubt in my mind that his title will be stripped.
A LW tourny would be amazing but I also believe that the #2 and #3 contenders should get the first shot at the belt.

Steroids play a major part in quicker recovery from both workouts and injuries, allowing people to train more frequently and harder without "overtraining" and losing muscle mass and/or less downtime due to injury. A guy mentioned Monson earlier. Um hmmmmmm. And he isn't alone, by any stretch of the imagination.

Man I am really suprised. Ive always kinda been skeptical at Sherks body but after seeing how hard his training was I figured he just worked extremely hard. Im sick and tired of fighters using roids.
