How can you even compare this girl to Rachelle? Rachelle is an easy 10 out of 10. This girl almost looks like a man that had a sexchange with fake breasts, lips, hair? and whatnot.

I agree that Kasem has a very very fake, plastic look about her. Like some little girl just pulled her out from under the plastic and cardboard. She was probably fairly ugly before all the surgery.
