It's just that the moderators are a little better than most other forums who simply ban one small infraction.
Most of the time a Moderator here can PM that member and put the fear of God in them, and that member usually shapes up or later is banned.
Other forums have half ass moderators on a power trip who drop the ban-hammer for so much as looking the wrong way of an infraction.
to me that's chicken ****.
