I pick on Koscheck a bit, mostly because I feel certain people are vastly exaggerating his current abilities.
In reality I think Kos has about as bright a future as he is willing to make it. He has already showed he is a world class athlete who is willing and able to meet the demands to succeed at the highest level of his previous sporting career. I admire him for that. I think if he takes MMA as seriously as he did wrestling and trains to his potential in ALL aspects of MMA Skills then he may well be a champion one day.
That said, I will be shocked if he beats GSP at this point in his career. He does sort of have a "puncher's chance"even though he hasn't shown me much with his hands to this point. Anybody can wing a wild right and get lucky. But right now I just don't see Josh nearly as advanced as some others here do. Right now I think their records speak for themselves and GSP shows much better striking overall.

Have you seen Kos's video in another thread? He himself is not entirely sure about this fight. He is working on a game plan that he hopes will make him successful, but he also knows there is a chance he is getting KFTO here.

Anyone who says Kos has better hands and striking abilities then GSP Is either a moron who has never watched Boxing or kickboxing , or better yet have never thrown a punch In their lifetime .
Silly question
Its like starting a post about who has better wrestling skills ?

GSP has way better hands than Kos, but I really don't think Kos will use his hands against GSP as much as how he did to Sanchez. Kos would like to take GSP down asap to rain down some elbows where he is good at. I really don't think GSP will make the same mistake when he fought Serra so Kos will have a hard time beating GSP.
