I'm torn. Because we get along great professionally, but her demeanor is of such as she'd like to hang out with me off the clock. I'm very adamant about on the job courting being discreet because professionalism is something I takve very seriously and why I've gotten to where I have at a relatively young age. But she seems like she just wants to party a couple of times. She gives off a very strong non-verbal vibe like "Just ask me out" and when I shy away she seems disappointed. But she doesent give up which is why I'm asking I guess.

Since you are available.. You both get along with each other.. She's really in to you..
I see no reason why you don't ask her for a date.. Go out with her few time.. You may like her much more or much less, who knows?
How can you know if you don't do it!
I respect your opinion about not to go out with a person working for you!
