I am just saying, who is more well known: Dominick Cruz or Jon Fitch? One fought for a title in March and one fought on a undercard in March.

Of course Sherdog is playing nice with The UFC. Theyre black-listed by them and they can't get a press pass if they sold the whole company off. What Sherdog does for interviews is what normal fans going to events do with pictures. You wait and wait and wait and wait until one leaves the bathroom and you catch em. without a press pass? Media wise? you're a nobody. In the UFC's eyes, Sherdog isnt only a NOBODY, they're a NOTHING!
I'll bet Mr Sherwood or whatever that blokes name is, had a hard on pissed to all hell at that UFC signing ceremony on the UFC website and Fight Forum they have. He probably wonders why he can't get his guys in there like all the other MMA media, news, mainstream news etc......
ITS CAUSE YOU AND YOUR GUYS ARE JERKOFFS!!! JERKOFFS!!!! as Chaz Palmonterri said in "A Bronx Tale"
Sherdog is the epitome of a rich guy who paid $$$ to get the bare minimum for overhead, the unique invention of Fight Finder(Which is the only redeeming factor of Sherdog) and a couple of geeks (Josh Gross and TJ DeSantis) to comment on what "THEY" think MMA is all about without any real credentials.
So the list is basically Sherdogs way of saying
"We're kissing Dana's ass because nobody is going to us anymore and without us having official press access to UFC press and post fight , we're ****ed!"
The UFC will own Sherdog inside of 3 years. Mark my word!

Faber is easily the best 145 pound fighter out there and would probably do just as well at 155 if given the opportunity. The reason you don't know who he's fought is because he fights in the WEC and as already stated fights in a division that is not really popular, unfortunately.

yeah, I agree with some of the choices, but I don't think Sherk deserves to be there. Switch him with BJ Penn. And IMO Wanderlei deserves to be there, despite his two losses.

No GSP on that list is crazy, he has wins over the best WW in the game. He's beaten Hughes, Penn, Sherk, Trigg, Jason Miller and Karo Parisyan all in the last 3 years. He loses 1 fight and suddenly he was all hype. Gomi gets his ass handed to him in his last fight but that doesn't matter because Diaz likes to smoke pot... Sherdog is crazy.

I have a hard time taking any p4p list that omit Randy, GSP, Wandy and BJ. With the exception of GSP those guys have all had success in more than 1 weight class.
Faber is exciting but I'm not sold on him yet. As far as I'm conscerned the fact that he lost to Tyson Griffen says more than all of his wins. I just don't think he is fighting world class guys in the WEC. Maybe the competition will improve now that the UFC owns the WEC. I just know the 1 world class guy he fought beat him.
But this classic sherdog rankings. Just terrible

Just out of curiousity, how does Diaz smoking pot have anything negative to do with his awesome submission victory over Gomi? Steroids=performance enhancing drug. Pot=performance debilitating drug.

I am quite shocked that they left out GSP and Couture. GSP is evident why he should be there. Couture is tearing up the HW division, left alone at his age, but a smaller hHW at that he definately deserves to be on any top ten list.

I'm pretty sure he's on the list
*edit* Saska already said that... so this post is pretty much useless

Because that fight is not counted as a win for Diaz in the record books. NSAC changed the outcome from a win to a NC.
