You should cut him off for about...hmmm....six months or so...that will "help" him. As for the weight gain....NO, absolutely not. If things dont work out, then you can still move on to someone else a little less inadequate in the bed as Bull seems to be without having to lose 55 pounds of ass.
Now, for Bull's second problem...letting other people use his account that has admin privlages:
Demote Bull to regular member for a few months to show how important it is to not let people use his account.
