Only in America, could a pedofile walk the streets.
I love my country of America and would not want to live anyplace else on earth. But sometimes we let the most ignorant things go.
This guy is a self proclaimed pedofile and we let him walk the streets. Read up, and let his face burn into your memory. He should be stoned on sight, this is what practically any other country would do. Or kane him to death.
He has slipped through the cracks of our justice system.
I almost feel as if I am giving this sick man what he wants my spreading more coverage about him because I feel that is what he wants, but I cant let this one go.

What a ****ing phsycopath. These guys disgust me. I live by an alleged pedophile hes always got teens or pre teens over at his house, I assume he buys them cigarrettes. The police cant do anything about it because nothings ever been reported. But this McClellan ****** has got to be dealt with. I actually found a link to his site and reading some of the 'encounters' with little panhandling girls in Argentina disgusts me. Hes actually considering returning after he brushes up on Argentinas Laws on pedophilia. I hope he gets caught doing something and gets murdered and shanked to death in prison.

Ya, but unless they are actually able to charge him with a crime and prove it, then he can walk where ever he likes....as much as everyone else hates it. You cant just claim to have committed all these crimes and get locked up for it. There still has to be proof and there has to be charges.
Im not saying the man shouldnt be watched or put under surviellance but if there isnt anyone pressing charges on the guy, then the legal systems hands are tied as to what they can do with him.

just like jras said, they can't charge him with anything.
i don't agree with what he's doing or says he's doing, but unless he gets caught doing it then who's to say he's really doing it.
he might just be an attention whore.
like people that confess to murders they didn't commit.

****ing bastard!
With all respect to you Jras and Vegas.. I say the law you guys talked about, that we can't arrest him because he didn't commit anything yet, is so damn stupid..
I know you didn't invent that law.. And you may not agree with it.. But, I say to whoever got the power, please get down that SOB before he does his thing.. His clear intentions are more than enough in my book!
And for anyone who has kids or knows people who do.. Please take a good look at this useful site and know all the assholes in your area:

I can see you're emotional, man.
This is exactly why it's better to leave legislation to those less emotional.
Or we would have the death penalty everywhere... not just in the dictatorships, 3rd world countries and USA.
That's a slippery slope when you start putting people to prison because they might do something.

I saw this guy interviewed on a new channel once. According to him he has never officially crossed the line with a child (not that I believe him). But he does take pictures of children of playgrounds and posts their picture on the internet and talks about good place for a pedofile to pick up children.
I would rather be proactive in a situation like this. I say lock him up or send him to Finland.

Aurelius, I think I read somewhere that he got too cute or too close with some 2nd grader right in front of some cops who were watching him, and they arrested him for something , I'm not sure if he's in jail or not. It was a little bit after that news thing on him.
He wouldnt come into my town. Too many soccer moms with eyes, cameras, cell phones and too many patrol guys out there who want that big collar.
He'd be making a huge mistake coming here.

I deal with these guys every day, they get less time than dealers most of the time. I disagree about "only in America" though, as there are several countries where it isn't even recognized as a crime or even wrong to have sexual relations with children. There are even religions that teach instant spiritual condemnation for having sex with a woman before marriage, but you are allowed to have sex with pre-pubescent boys all you want to satisfy your desires. It's not some cult you've never heard of either, it's one of the major ones!

but here is the reason we have that law.
the other day i was talking to some friends, i then talked about how high i'm gonna get next weekend cause i passed my drug test.
if that law wasn't there then i would be arrested for "might gonna be using some drugs" in reality i am not gonna do drugs it was a joke.
i know this guy is not joking, but we can't start arresting people for stuff they might do.
he did get arrested for taking pictures of children or something, but was let go cause "he did nothing wrong"
now i think that if he is taking pictures of children (playing, fully clothed) and nothing else then that is fine, but i'm sure he's using those photos for self pleasure. in that case i believe those pics are child porn.
before i moved from vegas back to san diego i heard on the news they were trying to pass a law to keep men without children 500ft from playgrounds. the reason they gave was to keep perverts away from kids, but what if i am walking my dog thru the park. i can't go near a playground?
i know the real reason for that law was to keep the homeless out of parks, cause they passed a few weird laws that were targeting the homeless.
anyway just wanted to talk about why the law protects people that say they are gonna do something.

I deal with these guys every day too, that is why it makes me sick that we are letting him brag about what he is and there is nothing we can do until he violates or even kills a kid. CSC violators are the scum of the criminal justice system. And I don't know where you are from lwbfl, but I am from Michigan and here the same thing goes.....play with some drugs you are looking at serious time in the pen. However, if you plead guilty or are found guilty by jury to a sexual crime, if it is your first offence you will probably not go to prison.
Michigan is so soft on crime, it sickens me to work it sometimes, I love my job but sometimes it is frustrating.

Do you wanna hear something weird? I am at Texas State University in San Marcos. I am taking some Law classes. (This law is only in some state, not all of them) but if a woman is home alone and she has a dog that is trained to kill intruders (for her protection) and a trespasser enters her house with the intent to kill, rape, and steal; and the dog attacks him. She is held liable under "Strict Liability"

This is disguisting people like this should be wiped off the face of the earth. In Australia a pedofile got out of jail and started living near a primary obviously there was public outrage and the police came under scrutany and eventually made him move.
