Wez, you don't HAVE to read ANY of them.
There is no requirement at FF to read ANY particular thread, much less a thread you don't like.

Iam hoping there was a different Bisping Vs Hamill aired where your at..
Hamill chased him around the ring so much I thought I was watching a damn track meet!
Or how about Hamill throwing him to the ground at will!?!
Maybe thats why someone would say Hamill was controlling the fight..
Seriously man.. I can stomach the guys that (somehow) truely believe it was a "close" decision and could have gone to Bisping.. But you my friend are outta touch.. I saw VERY little LnP.. I think if this rematch goes through it should be titled.. UFC XX "Chasing Bisping"
NOW REWATCH THE FIGHT AND YOU "SHUSH"

Coming from the guy w/ the Bisping sig.....
I think that you really know Hammil won; you are just satisfied w/ the judges decision. I really really really wanted Bisping to win and have watched the fight several times over and I feel like I did right after the fight. Hamil beat him, just face it.....

No opinions are pathetic my friend....
This fight is in the top 2 worst decisions of all time, the ref saying that Bisping won is an indication of nothing besides fearing the "iron fist" of the UFC.
You think that Hamill only threw 3 punches? If you are implying that he didn't win the standup or the fight then I think you need to re-watch the fight without your biased views towards Bisping blinding you.

I thought bisping did enough to pull off the win(but then again I'm non compos mentis) and I'm not a Bisping fan. I respect all fighters but I think these two guys are not really that news worthy compared to many other fighters that should be. If any thing this hype is probably the best thing that happen to these fighters, whom other wise may have been forgoten about due to a very lack luster fight by two lower level fighters.

People so quickly forget that Mark Hominick beat Jorge Gurgel by running away the entire match. It happens a lot in MMA. Koscheck ran away from Sanchez and Koscheck won. It's stupid, but it happens.
And, of course Tito Ortiz will back Matt Hamill. He even told us why: "Matt is my boy." And, Bisping bitched about being ignored by Ortiz on TUF, so Tito has a serious bias.

Hamill throwing him down at will, go watch round 3 again please. Nobody controlled the fight Bispign wanted to stay on the outside and box whilst Hamill didnt know what to do so followed him like an idiot getting punched. Then when Hamill took him down he did absolutely nothing, thats called LnPing, what do you class it as? because you didnt see much Laying, watch the fight again and see when Hamill takes him down. I believe Hamill won the first round and Bisping just won the other 2 rounds (3rd round better than 2nd). I believe he won the 2nd round because Laying and Praying gets you no where in an MMA fight.

Cause you are! nearly every thread on here at the moment is either trash talking bout Bisping or turned into trash talking about Bisping! I'm with 'wilshaw' that this topic should be banned.
An now there's yet another related topic called 'Hamill fought Bisping with a torn ACL'. No doubt that will be turned into a Bisping bashing thread!
Just like the following topics :
- WOW! Bisping Flips On Reporter
- Hamill interview "I dont believe in a fix"
(Which actually stated 'No this isn't another Hamill was robbed thread'... but was turned into one, through no fault of the poster.)
- I cant get over the Bisping bull****
- Bisping vs Hamill Rematch Dec 29th
- Worst decisions in all of MMA?
- Michael Bisping Discusses Controversial UFC 75 Victory, Requests Rematch.
An that was only the last two pages of threads... the moderator called
'Jras0001' said in one of the earlier threads :
'From now on, if there is any new developments or one of the fights makes a public statement, DO NOT start another thread about it. Just add it to the ongoing debates on the subject. Any new threads on the same subject will just be deleted.'
Why is this not happening???

My previous post is also replying to your comment...
I'm fully aware I don't have to read particular threads, but when it's the same subject over an over, every other thread! it tends to get on your nerves.

Those fighters i'm sure would have lost in that octagon control category , but Koscheck dominated the rest of the 3 categories! , which gave him the win!
IMO , Bisping came out second best in all of the stand up exhanges of punches! , Matt Hamill controlled the fight , I cant even remember Bisping chasing Hamill at any point in the match, Hamill won the grappling! , geezz seriously Hamill won , end of story!

just watched the last 2 rounds again because Hamill won the first round obviously
round 2
hamill chucks punches which aremiles away,
hamill takes him down does nothing
Bisping uses rubber guard
Hamill still laying bisping gets back up
bisping high kick
hamill missed punches
bisping lands jab
bisping chucking punches hamill standing doing nothing
hamill grabs bisping school yard headlock and some small punches
bisping hits a punch when getting away from the hold
hamill still missing big punches
hamill grabs him, some punches to side of head
bisping lots of jabs
hamill still walking forwards after him missing wild shots
bisping with nice right hand
round 3
bisping comes out jabbing
nice right and left by bisping
hamill walks forward still
bisping starts punching more
hamill grabs him and bispign gets away
bisping misses uppercut
nice right hand by bisping
hamill goes for takedown and bisping doesnt let it go down
hamill chucking big punches still, and missing
hamill take bisping down
holds him against cage
gets his back and bisping rolls
hamill stood up then back to laying on him
bisping sat nr cage
hamill holding him still doing nothing
bisping gets back up
nice knee by bisping but his hamills guard
hamill got takedown and hes laying on him
hamill still holding him down
bisping tried kicking him off but hamill jumps back to laying on hhim
hamill got side control then his back some punches
bisping stands back up
bisping with inside leg kick
bisping hits nice high kick
hamill goes for takedown but bisping sprawls and gets away
Round 3 easily went to Bisping in my opinion, Hamill basically did nothing.
Round 2 is the dodgey round, Hamill held him down for awhile and Bisping was only landed jabs and maybe 1 fairly powerful punch. Hamill may of won with the takedowns but Bisping was working more on the ground, tough call, thats why it was a split decision.

Koscheck did not dominate any category, otherwise he would have had a 10-8 round or two. In fact, Sanchez did more damage to Koscheck than Koscheck did to Sanchez. Koscheck had a mouse on his forehead and his temple, but all Sanchez had was a cut lip. The one takedown that Koscheck had was QUICKLY reversed (making Koscheck look like a novice wrestler). Koscheck won by the thinest of margins, not by domination. Koscheck ran away from Sacnhez and threw a few jabs that looked pretty but did zero damage. The judges screw up a lot. They award fights to guys that run away.
And, Hamill did NOT win. Go look at his stats at Sherdog. Hamill clearly did NOT win that fight. The records say that Bisping won that fight. It may have only been by a very thin margin, but Bisping clearly won that fight.

sub, most disagree with you on this. Hamill won the fight, but Bisping was GIVEN the decision.

Diego did lose. I never said he did not lose. Sherdog stats prove it, if you doubt me. They say that Diego lost. But, don't delude yourself, Bisping DID win the fight with Hamill. The records show that, and that will never change. Go check Sherdog, if you doubt me on that as well.
And that "he was GIVEN a win" bullcrap just does not wash. You guys act like he never showed up for the fight at the arena and somehow was handed a win. He worked hard to win that fight. Two judges (I know, all judges are idiots) and the referee called the match a win for Bisping. Some of us agreed.

first off, the referee, employed by zuffa, would NEVER publicly state the judges were wrong....
second, im not huge on your whole, the record books show it was a win so it was a win and nothing else matters... its a message board, and you of all people should know that some things need to be looked at more indepthly.... i thought based on the elements of UFC scoring (which again, you always bring up) hamil completely dominated... i dont care about either fighter so it doesnt "bother" me... but being so black and white on the issue and saying a win is a win because it says so in the books is quite obtuse

Define "dominated"... because it seems tossed around a lot when, in fact, no domination occurred. And, the referees are not employed by Zuffa. In the US, the State Athletic Commissions employ the referees. In England, I am not so sure who handled that end of the issue.
And, the record books will always be the bottom line of any fight outcome. The rest will always be opinions and speculations. Sure, that's what we are here for, but I like to toss water on the fire of "fixed fights" and "Joe Rogan should be fired because he did not freak out about the decision" type of nonsense. And, I think that Hamill lost by an ultra-thin margin. At best, I would agree that the fight ought to have been a draw.
