Rogan once said you better not call Cabbage Fat because he's deceptively in VERY GOOD shape and has never gassed in any of his fights.

Rogan said once he was in a workout room with Cabbage and Cabbage did a
5:30 minute mile without breaking a sweat.

Sometimes shape and size is not a good indicator of your fitness

Mark Hunt is another good example.

Cabbage is a great fighter. Often loses to better opponents but he fights hard every time and makes it entertaining.
