Griffin deserve title shot???
Just curious to what you guys think. I know alot of people get title shots who havent necisserily earned it and Forrest did beat the #1 ranked LHW in the world and I say give the man a title shot. I believe the Forrest that fought last night could beat Tito.....

He could definitely beat Tito but he will need to improve his takedown defense if he wants to hang with Rampage. I don't think he matches up well with Jackson. I guess one could argue that Jardine deserves a shot too..
And who does Houston Alexander fight next?
It's hard to say who deserves the next title shot the most.

With what happened last night, the UFC is a bit screwed. I think either Jardine or Forest gets Sylva but I don't know who Page fights. Dana must be a bit upset that his Chuck options are all but gone nd suddenly Shogun is not marketable as this scary, unbeatable new addition to the title mix.

Um I don't know about this one. I'd say no but given that Jardine beat Liddell I almost think Jardine is the next if you ask me.

I think the UFC has to give Griffin a title shot, it's a marketable fight.
Rampage vs. Griffin
Jardine vs. Silva (considering most thought Chuck would get this fight, makes sense)
Alexander vs. Machida

I think he deserves it. There isn't really any other great options, so they might as well go with the marketable fight.
Randy would help Forrest formulate a game plan to beat Rampage.

how about
fight A
forrest / keith
fight B
chuck / wandy
fight C
winner of A /B
fight D
rampage / winner of C
-------------------------------
fight A and B should be held on the same night.

Honestly I think this makes the most sense.

F*ck give it to Alexander.
The UFC really f*cked up the LHW division by having Chuck fight Jardine. They could either hold some what of a 4 fighter tourny which would take a while, or thow Forrest, Alexander, or maybe Jardine in there.

nothing made me happier than seeing Liddell lose last night. Shogun was a waste of time though. give the title shot to Griffin because he just beat the bigdog. he earned it. what i would love is to see TITO ORTIZ make a comeback and get that belt back.

I agree w/ you as Rampage would be a terrible match-up for Forrest. I am not saying he would win but I do feel he deserves a shot. The way things have gone this year though who knows he might pull it off, but even if he didnt the experience in the ring w/ a guy like Rampage would help him IMO.

agreed... although shogun has serious skills... regardless for the short term, i say scrap evans\ortiz and do a ortiz\forrest rematch, with the winner getting a title shot... LHW is so crazy its hard to say....
let me just say though, no way is the UFC fixed... chuck losing that decision cost dana and the UFC alot of money.... jardine is so bland as a personality no one really cares about his fights.. just IMO

Makes sense for Griffin and Machida to fight for a title shot, but I don't know who would fight Rampage before that. Last night really mixed the LHW division up big time.

Griffen didn't look that great to me. Shogun was so tired in the second that he could barely keep his hands up and he still managed to land strikes and take forest down. This night threw the LHW division off but it isn't that bad since I am pretty sure Rampage said something about taking a little time off before his next bout.
I think both Jardine and Griffen are now on the edge of a title shot and if either win there next fight then a title shot is deserved.
