Contender Muay Thai

Don't know how many Contender fans we have out there, but I am currently working on Season III of the Contender. Anyway thought you guys might like to know that Contender Muay Thai has started post production. From what I've seen the show looks pretty good. The only problem is that as of right now they aren't airing it in the States, hopefully that will change. I'll try and keep everyone informed, or anyone who is interested, on how to watch.

P.S. I don't post in here a lot... I'm trying to change that, but I'm on the forum almost every freaking day and have been for about the past year or so. It's very addicting and a lot of you guys have really helped me further my knowledge of MMA, so thank you.

I caught part of an episode of Contender season III. Couldn't help noticing that they've switched to cheapo-looking video. Everything else seemed to be intact, though, including Sugar Ray.

We are actually shooting on the same tape we've shot on since season I. What you are noticing is a drop in the budget i.e. lighting, props, how much color correction we add to the video after post. Season I was on a network and at the time it was the biggest budget for a reality show ever. ESPN obviously doesn't have the money a major network does. So to answer your question yes it doesn't look as good, but we try are best to make it look as good as possible in the time given to us.

as mentioned on this thread, i did went to the last taping of Contender Asia. Its the 2nd semi-finals and the finals will be held at Las Vegas ala TUF.

I enjoyed myself at the tapings..and hope it be as good as the TUF series.

Contender Asia already on air here in Asia on cable. 3rd episode this week. Just wondering if its already on air in US/Europe? Its "freely" available online and on torrents if u search hard.

Not expecting much from this but so far..so good.

What do you mean not on in the states?
