Air squats, calve raises - If you dont know how to do those, message me

Also i do this workout, not sure what its called, but i hold dumbells in each hand, squat down keepin my back straight, then jump up off the ground - repeat-. Works well for me, good luck man....happy training

One way to isolate the calves is place both heels together so your insteps are facing outward. Now just do a squat.
Another great exercise is placing your back against a wall and moving down into a sitting position, works the thighs mostly.

you can do leg cranks. its a program designed by JC Santana who owns the Institute of Human Performance in Florida. He works with guys like Jeff Monson. the program goes as follows and you'll need no equipment, just bodyweight. its four exercises that you do in a circuit fashion.

Exercise 1- Squats 24
Exercise 2-lunges 12 each leg
Exercise 3-Split squats 12 reps each leg
Exercise 4-jump squats 10 reps

start slowly and eventually you will be able to do 6 circuits nonstop, no rest. you will have strong legs that can outlast anyone.
