I tore my rotator cuff 3 1/2 years ago from baseball. That sucked pretty bad. I broke my wrist and elbow too, but not from sports.

I had a partial tear of my calf muscle playing baseball. That was my worst injury. I currently have a torn meniscus which causes my knee to lock on occasion. Its quite painful when it locks, but I can unlock it rather easily. I have had only one instance where I couldn't unlock it and it eventually unlocked in about 3 days. It was horrible. I have to wait a whole year to get surgery on it cause my insurance won't cover preexisting conditions unless I wait a year.

That must have sucked. Both of my knees lock at unexpected times. Hurts like hell to unlock them. I cant imagine going 3 days.

When my knee locks, it only hurts to put weight on it. It just feels like there is something in the knee joint (which there is). I just go down in a low squat as fast as I can and it pops and everything is fine. Any sudden twists of my knee and it locks instantly. When I try to walk on it, it feels horrible. Squating while it is locked, it is painless. I describe my knee locking to people as getting something stuck between your teeth. It kinda hurts right? Well magnify it to the size of your knee and that is how bad it feels. I'm afraid of getting tendonitis or arthritis though before I can have it fixed.

From my last Jiu Jitsu tournament, I took the guys back and crossed my feet and he capitalized on it and basically triangled my feet, My ankle snapped like 4 times. It was hard to walk on it for a while and it hurt for a couple months after it, I knew i didnt break anything so I wasnt to worried about it but heres the video of it.

I have to revise this! 2 days ago I was playing soccer and ended up taking an elbow to the nose from a sprinting forward (causing a nose bleed)... now I think my septum is curved, although I don't think it's deviated completely (one nostril is larger than the other because of the curve). I'll see a doctor but from the sounds of it, is it something that's likely to just move back into place relatively easily?

Last sports related injury I had was a few years ago, I was playing basketball and I went to grab the ball and he moved and I flew forward into a metal radiator and it bent my back almost in half. Never went to the doctors for it, but it hurt for a long time, to this day sometimes it still gives me problems.
