Okay, this might be just out there, but...

Independent of the user's strength, which is capable of delivering more force, a palm thrust or a punch?

All I ever see in MMA is punches, even though I already know it's possible to deliver a crapload of force with the heel of the hand.

Same question with ridgehands, etc.
