I have never tried the brand name product Gamma-O. I do however consume spirulina in my Dr. Schulze Superfood, which shares the base ingredient which is gamma linoleic acid. From all i have read its a powerful ingredient with many uses. Gamma-O is'nt cheap but either is Spirulina.
