Mac is one of the favorites, but he is a small welterweight and that might bring problems against some of the guys. But not against a guy like John who isn't really great at anything.
A grappler like George or even Tommy could be a bad match for him. And then there's Saunders with decent striking and a huge reach advantage...

George is also a small welterweight, having fought his career at 155 as well. So the size difference will not be a factor there. Speer could be tough but Mac is very good at submissions off his back. When Speer postures up, he's wide open for an armbar. Saunders style wise is the most difficult matchup. But skillwise, its Mac and George alone.
