I'm not saying that SAF hasn't signed his share of crap (Kleberson, Djemba djenbagy etc.), but most of the time he's done real good.
To assess who the better manager is, you can only look at achievements. And by this I obvioulsy mean 'trophies', because that is what football teams tend to play for, lol. I come to one blatant conclusion = Sir Alex is the best manager in the premiership (IMO the world).

But money does factor in. Chelsea has been quite successful in recent years, however, with all the money they have spent they should have done even better than they have. Basically if Arsene spent the amount of money Ferguson has spent, and Ferguson spent the amount that Arsene has spent, well...
