Hellz yeah, we're in the League Cup semis.
Our kids/reserves got the win at Blackburn against their strongest line-up.

Spurs are also through. Hopefully we meet them in the semis so our kids can pwn them again.
Looking forward to Saturday now.

OMG, being a Spurs-supporter must suck.

20 mins to go; Almunia saves the peno, and Bendtner scores the winner with his first touch.
4 points clear. Let's see if MU can keep up.

Yeah, Milan have been terrible this season.
Hopefully they'll keep it up in the Champions League as well.

What a leap. :O

Props to u Ninja..for still watching Serie A. Ive lose interest in tat league ages ago but i remember watching Napoli with Maradona there when i was lil..those times were good. Gullit,Van Basten,Donadoni,etc..lotsa greats ply their trade there.

I saw the 1st half of the derby..since Arsenal gonna play Milan. Pirlo's freekick is very dangerous..i fear their midfield..defense not so much. Im quietly confident Arsenal will triumph over Milan.

Goon..did u see Huddlestone ramming Ade's behind while trying to catch up wif Bendtner? Haha! That is one emphatic header!! To be honest my target is 3rd place..let alone an undefeated season...but this season im starting to believe. Wat a great 6 months..rammed all the nonsense pre-season predictions down their throats!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Anybody saw "El Classico"? Barca 0 Madrid 1

Pity no Messi in the game but Arsenal reject Baptista did good..One of the games to watch it live in person.

Yeah, that waws hilarious. Some people actually started whining about how Ade "blocked" him. He didn't even see the bastard!
I kinda feel bad for our other two forwards, Bendy and Eduardo are both class, but RvP (when he's fit) is on fire and Ade can't stop scoring (although his overall game isn't at Bendy's level imo).

I think it'll be either us or ManU winning the league, so it's kinda heaven or hell. Can't stand that team. I saw some figures recently on the top teams' spending, buys and sells, and still can't help but be amazed at what Wenger's done at Arsenal. Even teams like Newcastle and Tottenham (nevermind the big 4) have spent way more over the years.

----------

I saw El Clasico as well. I think Real were lucky to get 3 points, but it was a great attack. Ruud actually made a good pass. And a nice finish.
Barca kept pushing but couldn't do anything. Ronaldinho and Iniesta just seemed helpless.

Shut up, you.

Wenger needs to friggin' ditch the 4-5-1 already.
Ade is useless up front on his own.
Why not start Bendtner or Eduardo?

Not looking good now. We need to beat Everton away, 'cause MU will take all points from West Ham.

I guess not.

Back in first place and a win today in the FA cup.
The performance wasn't great but damn, Eduardo is on fire.
We finally have our "fox in the box".

Hopefully losing Kolo for the ACN won't hurt us now.
Spurs up next...

I am pretty confident that Milan will step it up this next half of the season. Their front line has been horrible, but Alexandre Pato will be making his debut very soon and I am expecting big things from this kid. Milan has top notch midfield with Kaka, Pirlo, and Gattuso. If they had some good forwards to lay the ball off to, Milan can be a very good team. I think its time for Milan to get rid of Gilardino and Inzaghi should only be used as a sub.

Milan's defense can be top notch with Nesta and Kaladze in the back. However, I absolutely hate Dida and wish that he gets replaced ASAP.

Another poor performance (from our B-side though) against Spurs, but yet again we avoided defeat.
Lucky equaliser from Walcott.
We would need to play a stronger side in the second leg, but I don't think we will.

Dida is not as good as he used to be, but he's still better than Almunia.
And Djourou was frightening at the back last night.
Come back soon, Kolo!
We need a world class keeper and a centreback and we'll be more than fine.

Yeah, the centre pairing of Senderos and Djourou leaves me unsettled every time the ball is their vicinity. On the positive side, the more experience they get now, the faster they will develop (hopefully). We know Senderos can play well, that's also positive.

I feel Gilberto caused a lot of the problems in the match.
I don't know what it is but looks like he's turned crap overnight.
He used to be so good defensively, now he doesn't even have that anymore.
Which is why Diarra wanting to leave now annoys me.

Senderos was actually OK in that match but his lack of pace will always be an issue imo. Djourou has more physical talent, but he needs to improve his positioning and decision-making in general.

Our first choice back four (Clichy-Kolo-Gallas-Sagna) is simply brilliant but the only back-up that doesn't bring down the quality a lot, is Eboue at right back.

I know it's only the League Cup but 5-1?
Against Spurs?
This is ****ing horrible.

Gilberto should never ever play for us again.
Diaby does NOT belong on the wing. If Flamini is unavailable, Diaby should start in the middle FFS.
Fabianski was the suck.

I hope this doesn't continue in the more meaningful competitions.

Yeah, Hodgson developed a liking for Litmanen while managing Finland in the Euro qualifiers.
He's still quality as a playmaker but unfortunately he's very injury-prone. I'd like to see him shine one more time in his career and maybe save Fulham from relegation, but it's unlikely.

I think Wenger will not field our strongest side at OT in the FA cup. We're playing Milan in the Champions League 4 days after that match, and it's not like it's a semi or anything. 5th round and Chelsea and Pool both still in it.
Very unlucky draw.

Fortunately we've also looked better after getting battered by Spurs. Cesc and Flamini look like getting back to the groove of the start of the season. We need to beat City now and hope that Spurs would help us out by taking points from ManU, for a change.
But they never do...

oh man this season is gonna be a close one. i'm still thinkin we take it via Cristiano's genius. That free kick against pompey was unbelievable. I Always knew peop,e would start recognizing him as the BEST player in the world sooneer or later. It's kinda absurd to think otherwise, he's gifted to a freakish extent.

Really Can't wait for the FA cup game either, just the draw i was praying for

Perfect day footy-wise.
-Arsenal smashed City
-ManU and Chelsea both dropped 2 points
-Spurs lost a win they would have deserved with the last attack of the match, lol
-Gattuso injured, not playing against us
Top of the league!

Naturally I'm gonna have to disagree about Cronaldo.
People saying his current Premiership-season is better than Henry's best, are out of their mind.
Lot of goals, not too many assists. He's basically a forward anyway.

Annoying results, but can't help to feel a little happy about not losing the game. Watching SkySptsNws was unbearable, then in the 90th! I went crazy, good times. Hate seeing Wenger's foreign crew at the top, very irritating.

Obviously i'm not talking the best player EVER, or the best ever seasons performance; the current best player in the world. That is the general (and pretty much accurate) opinion.

Do you not agree Gooner?

I'd go as far as to say he's the best player in the world in his position at the moment. But, that said, Arsenal are top, good stuff.
