The AFC has outclassed the NFC for a few years now and I don't expect any difference this season considering the juggernauts on the AFC's side.
GB could absolutely make the Super Bowl this year. They have a defense, found a running game with Grant and have a hall of fame QB who is playing the best he's played in years. Favre with 5 receivers spread out is something opposing defenses cringe at because they know Favre will usually find the soft spot. The Packers have a history of performing well at home during the playoffs, so they could absolutely make a good run.
Assuming that GB goes into Dallas for the NFC conference championship, it may not be such a bad thing for GB. Favre would prefer to throw when the temperature is mild because it is easier to stay loose, and when you have a team so reliant on their QB you want his arm to be as loose as possible.
So of course GB has a chance of making the Super Bowl. However, if it's GB, Dallas or any other NFC team I certainly do not expect a win against one of the AFC's juggernauts.
