Well if you wanted adivce on gaining weight because you said your skinny, your with me. Ive had success the past few months though.

I based my weight training routine on that 2 weeks ago, not even. I have gained about 2 solid pounds, going from about 137 to 139 on average(my weight varies day to day like yours). My maxes have all gone up. And i took some advice from people on the board and started eatin much mroe then i used too. I used to think i ate alot, but i was really basically being ignorant, so i opened my eyes thanks to this board and startred intaking so much more food then usual.
