I'm about 5' 8" and still growing. I will probably end up being about 5' 10". Average, not tall.
Which is why my weight is puzzling to me. I weigh 20 pounds more than anyone my size really should yet, I don't look it. I'm not vein enough to say "its all muscle" or along those lines.
Anyway thanks for the specific advice. I do appreciate it.
But I was hoping this thread would just be an place for ANY advice to anyone such as
"Don't do ____ it will cause _____" or "A common misconception is that ______ when in truth ______"
Just a thread for anyone looking to gain some knowledge can come to read through and get some general tips on anything.
I do however appreciate the tips. I'll look into this DeFranco thing.
