Default What is your Daily intake?

How many calories do you consume every day?

I have just had 3 weeks off (back at it today after work) and have been eating around 2200 calories per day spread out over 6 meals. I lost 2kgs and 1% bf over the 3 week period. Normally my mantiance is about 3500-4000 calories every day.
I am just curious what you guys eat and if there are many people here who eat under 1000 or over 3000.

I'm 5' 4" tall and walk around at 170lbs, used to cut to 155lbs for BB, and weight lifting. My daily maintenance amount is around 2000K (at least 800 from protein) and for the cutting phase:

Week 1: 1750 (same protein)
Week 2: 1500 (same protein)
If I get stuck, I'll drop 200 more calories, but no more. If that didn't work, I'd get a week in at 2000K per day, then drop the next week back down to 1500 and that always did the trick.

I don't even know at the moment. During hard training i would just eat as much as i could unless i started adding unwanted fat then i'd back off. As of last summer when i was about 200lbs and training daily i probably was eating 3500 to 4000 calories a day without even trying.

I'm currently doing around 2k a day. I'm working on eliminating the ol' bulge and not the one in my pants. I'm exercising too and have dropped 11 pounds in a couple weeks. I got a crap load to lose...lol.

I dont know if you know, but every 20 pounds you lose, you gain an inch. Its the only thing on your body that doesnt gain weight, otherwise we would all be over 400 pounds. Good luck , I'M in the same boat 5 10 255.
