You have to beat the best to be the best. Right now i think the UFC has the most talent under one roof. Do they have all the talent? of course not, as many notable fighters have chosen to be the big fish in smaller ponds. So i believe that fighters who consistently compete against other elite talent deserve to be ranked higher then good fighters like Fedor for example, who have chosen to compete against a lesser caliber of opponent.
