My goodness. At some point Fedor has to step up and tell his management to beat it.
No Doubt! How's he expect to stay the number 1 HW in the world fighting guys who have no business in the ring with him? What's going to end up happening, if he keeps fighting chumps, is Randy's going to come out of his UFC contract and demolish him.
i thought it was ok... kinda wish barnett would be on it or like rizzo or some ****.

Yeah...I had posted a thread on this last night, minus the video trailer.
I just do not get it at all. The only fighter that I think I recognized was Travis Wiuff, a LHW who's had something like 60 fights, but has lost to guys like Jason Lambert, Devin Cole, Marvin Eastman and Alex Schoenauer...decent fighters all, don't get me wrong....but not a one that I would consider to be any sort of threat to Fedor. I seriously hope that the cast of 16 fighters is filled with more than just journeyman "almost was" types who've never beaten top level competition. That would flat out suck a**, IMO.
Especially with all of this 16 fighters...living together....training together and competing in a tournament, the likes of which has never been witnessed by American audiences. WTF? Is that not the exact scenario of the last 6 seasons of the (now tired) TUF series?? Lame.
I'm all for Fedor fighting...and I sure as crap am not going to blow any sunshine up Dana White's a**...but this format is on the verge of played out and if this is M-1's idea of the worlds greatest P4P fighter facing "top" competition?!?! It's hardly worthy of the talents of a fighter like Fedor and is bordering on insulting. God, I hope that no Giant Silva or Dos Caras Jr. type characters show up in the cast! LOL
And they better all be true HWs dammit...no more undersized or freakishly oversized & underskilled opponents.
First thought that came to me was--where is Randy? If he wants to fight him so bad, then jump in that mix.
That was a wild slam by Randleman, I guess I missed that.
"I have always said that if you need steroids to compete you are not a fighter. Fighting is all about heart, technique and capitalizing upon your opponents mistakes. It is not about putting something into your body and walking around with big muscles saying look at me. In my book if you are on steroids you are a loser."
LOL. Now thats the way you get back at you competiton proffesionaly. Funny stuff.
Fedor is talent and this show wastes that talent imo.
I agree. I hoped that this would turn out to be some sort of hoax but I guess not! How many unsigned HW's can there be in the world who will pose any sort of threat to Fedor?
The line has to be drawn somewhere, this is getting ridiculous.
How were they able to use Pride footage? I am sure if this gets on TV (if it hasn't already) a certain bald headed figure will have something to say about that.
This would be alot like season 4 of TUF. Which many consider the least dramatic of the series. The idea of having alot of veterans training togther in preparation for a tournament makes for great training footage but won't grab the attention of the general viewing audience. i'm also not sure how they expect to get top heavyweights to train away from thier camps in preparation for something like this? Alot of guys want to fight Fedor but will they fall into a reality show for the chance?
