Default Fighters Comment on CroCop's departure

Babalu's is funny...not sure it's supposed to be but it was.

I bet Kongo received a bonus from The Hairless Lawsuit for his comment.

Quote:
Kevin Randleman:
"My first response is oh well. I am not fighting in the UFC so it really doesn't matter to me one way or the other. Alot of people didn't believe in him anymore but he is good enough to win in the UFC. It takes time to adjust to the cage. I don't think it is good or bad for the sport and I am really not surprised that he left."

Mark Coleman:
"Basically, I could really care less. It was his choice, he came into the UFC and got whipped and now he left. I wouldn't say that I am suprised but now he is going to have to live with coming in, getting smashed and not finishing the job."

Bas Rutten:
"I feel bad to hear that he is leaving because I really wanted to see the Cro Cop that I knew from Japan because I think that he wasn't the same Cro Cop in the UFC, so I can understand if he wants to go to another organization. God Speed!!"

"Babalu" Sobral:
"I have heard of the new organization and I am surprised the UFC isn't suing him yet. Good for Cro Cop, he didn't have a good experience in the UFC so it is good that he is able to go fight somewhere else. He is a very good fighter."

Cheick Kongo:
"Cro Cop needs some juices and there he can use them without getting in trouble."

Yeah, and Cheick Kongo needs to stop kneeing people in the family jewels. Hopefully Heath Herring will KO him.
All in all, CroCop was disappointing on his performances and in leaving. Still a fan and hope he does well elsewhere.

After Reading the various topics and that, Im Very Very Disopointed in him, I have lost a lot of respect for him, Thought he had more heart than that. But not every one can cut the mustard. I really thought after the two Disopointing loss's he would come back with the fire in his eyes he once had. But nope he decides to chicken out.

Do any of the promotions in Japan have regulated drug testing?

I was really hyped when Cro Cop came over but if he feels he can not deliever in the cage thats too bad. The cage is the closest your going to get to realistic competive fighting.
MMA is fairer and more realistic in the cage the ring does not suit the sport. It does make Cro Cop's job easier! Good luck to the man and I hope he is able to come back and avenge his losses...

Im no fan of Kongo's quite dislike him he should have a bit more respect. Heath is definatley going to bring it to him!

i didnt expect to hear that kind of talk from Kongo, thats bogus man and I like Kongo

Babalu prolly hasnt been concerned enough to review the details of what is going on and probably assumes the same thing is going on in this case that is goin on with randy

he dont mean any disrespect to either party

While I dont agree with what Kongo said, how is it any different from what Rampage/Ibarra said about Wandy and Shogun?

There is some guys being bad loosers.
But there is another kind of people who are much worse= bad winners.
Kongo just beats Cro Cop and now he trows this at him.
A lot of fans/people are not even giving him any credit for his win because of the way it happen(maybe thats why, I don`t know).
I can see Rampage needing an excuse for loosing, but why does anyone need an excuse for winning. Why put somone who are allready down more down?
I`ll go as far to say that its some of the worst thing I can think of as far as sportmanship goes. I really did not expect it from Kongo since I look at him as a gentleman. He might be diffrent then I thought though.
He might also be miss quoted like many people have been before him.

Wow, that's pretty F'ed up of Kongo to say. I'm not really a fan of Herring's, but I hope he takes Kongo off that high horse he's put himself on.
