Yeah that was pretty good shooting. They said they had somethign like only 10 seconds to hit it from the time the satellite passed over the Carrier.. The Satellite was travelling at 17k MPH and the missile launched traveled at 6k MPH.

Pretty cools ****. I love seeing things blow up.

Wow! That was very impressive. Think of the math that had to be done for those two to connect perfectly like that.

We are also creating a lot of space debris up there. Something the size of a pea could destroy the space station, or any satellite up there.

From what i understand there is tons and tons of space debris. I remember reading an article about it. Dead satelites, rocket parts etc.. As for the destroyed satelite? I understood it that there was a reasonable chance that both the satellite and fuel tank were destroyed. leaves room for doubt as to if they actually got the fuel tank loaded with 1000's of gallons or toxic fuel.
