Default Finally, a fish oil I can take!

I don't eat seafood. At all. The thought, the smell, the look, it all makes me sick (though I did eat a raw oyster while I was on tour to pay for my meal because I was broke...terrible). I have always had a problem taking fish oil supplements because of the dreaded fish burps. Not a big deal for some, but enough to make me vomit spontaneously. I recently started taking Nature's Bounty Odorless omega-3 and omega-6 fish oil, and I haven't had a nasty, puke-inducing burp yet! Just wanted to share that with anyone who has had similar problems with taking fish oils supplements

I take the Nature Made Omega-3 (odorless) and there's no burps. Granted I don't hate the fish like you, basslogic but just wanted to let you know there's another one out there.

Funny thing is I grew up fishing and love it to this day, but no, I hate eating any of it in any form, haha

I haven't tried Fisoil or the other one mentioned, but hey, if there's no burps, I'll endorse it!

I like fish but i am not a fan of the fishy burps either. if you don't like fish there are actually some flax based oil blends available that have similar Omega 3-6-9 profiles. You may want to look into those.

I'm actually taking both...along with CoQ10, MSM glucosamine and chondroitin and a multi...is that too much or do they all work together? I feel fine, if that means anything.

i have mixed thoughts on the CoQ10 but otherwise there is'nt a reason to worry about taking the other supplements together.

If you would, please divulge your thoughts on CoQ10. There's a lot I have to learn about supplements
