Default Got A New Job/Got In A Fight

Ok I didn't want to make two seperate threads so on the new job subject first.

It's called discovery and it's in Logan Utah. It is a telemarketing place almost just we take surveys. I make 11$ an hour, plus every time I get a survey done it is an extra 15$. It is a lot better than the 5.85 I was getting payed at Mcdonalds. I start March 3.

The Fight.

Just about an hour ago I was playing basketball at the gym, and there is this annoying guy who no one likes and he always plays. He is always acting tough and today I was not in a good mood. I missed an open lay-up so I told him he sucked lol. He came up and pushed me and I pushed him back nothing else happened. My friend came up to me and asked me what had happened so I told him the bitch pushed me. I guess he heard me (We were pretty close to the cash register at this points so around people who were in charge.) He came up pushed me and asked if I called him a bitch. I said yes lol so He swung at me and that was the last straw I said ok lets go into the gym (Why I didn't just finish him there I don't know) So we were walking into the basketball gym and he hit me in the back of my head. I turned around and he hit me in my forehead.

So I got him in a clinch and this kid was big and strong. He was atleast 6-2 205 lbs. I am 5-11 and 155. I couldn't knee his face so I kneed his body backed up and threw a right hook. He was wobbly so I just did a double leg takedown and got mount and it got broke up.

Before you guys say "Hey thug from Utah, hey wanksta, hey stop trying to be hard and make things up" Just let me tell you everything is true, and I tried not to fight him.

Congrats on the job man, that's quite a jump in pay.

I made $5.85 when I worked at McDonald's 8 years ago, how much is minimum wage in Utah? It's up to almost 9 bucks here I think.

Congrats on the job, Tickle, and not getting your nose broked this time.

But don't call me.
Nevermind. You probably won't. And I wouldn't answer the phone anyway.

Sounds like a pretty good job. You can only restrain for so long. Most people will bully people and get physical with people because a lot of people are afraid of confrontation. Thats why most bullies and A holes get away with what they do. When someone finally stands up to them and do something they are shocked and caught off gaurd because that is a new response for them. Good Job.

You are lucky Saska. Minimum wage was 5.05 last summer here. Now then it went to 5.40, and is currently 5.85.

Good news on the job, you'd just better never call my house. I hate telemarketers. As for the fight, you should have just Chieck Kongo'd his nutsack.

when i get a phone call for a survey i always help the poor guy out and do the survey...
well after about 15 minutes i say "oh sorry man i gotta go"
so you just wasted 15-20 mins and thought you were gonna get a survey done then BAM you lose sucker
