I'm not seeing the logic in this MMA Blacklist. Sure, these guys are anti-MMA, and we as MMA fans dislike what they say about our favourite sport. Yet I don't see how creating a blacklist is going to affect them in anyway what so ever.

It would be more appropriate for us to all send letters to their editors, to point out any misconceptions or lies they use to give MMA a bad image. Now if they don't use any misconceptions or lies in their articles, then they are simply just expressing their opinion. An opinion which we as mature adults should accept as their's, and their's alone.

I personally like to read the words of those who do not share the same opinions or beliefs as I do. I like to know exactly what their argument is, and to keep an eye open just in case they start spreading lies. Know your enemy.

In my opinion, a blacklist will not affect them at all. More than half the time I wont know who wrote the article until I have loaded it from their website, therefor adding to their traffic. I would rather see people keeping an eye on their articles, waiting for any misconceptions or lies. When found, then take actions against it by notifying the editor (or supervisor), and also publishing your own articles in message boards and blogs regarding their incompetence for reporting accurate information.
