Default Just some diet advice

I have recently been doing a lot of research on dieting and nutrition and what i have found is a lot of people use what is called a timed carb release diet where on non training days you dont eat carbs and on training days you do but cut them off a few hours before bed or you eat carbs on both days and just cut them off a few hours before bed basically what you would want to do is cut carbs back until you start to lose your unwanted weight and then stay at that level of carb intake you MUST do this without going into ketosis though which is what happens when your body is not getting enough carbs at all and your body will become catabolic basically you guage this by your energy levels (you have to able to train) now i beleive that your diet should be a well balance one i dont think you should really be cutting out any one thing completely so dont get me wrong about the carbs also protein should be at 1.5 to 2 grams per pound of bodyweight what this does is makes your body use the proteins and carbs so you dont store them as fats basically you are tricking your body into using these nutrients instead of storing them so you dont store fat there is more to this which i am not that good at explaining because i am not a doctor or nutrionist i am sure there are others who can help explain what i am saying anyway i do beleive that a cheat day every one to two weeks is a good thing it is like when you weight train for a long period of time and then you change it up to "shock" the body your cheat day on dieting works the same way also you should weigh all your food and log this so you can track all this information this is how you figure out how many calories you should take in a day how much of your diet should be carbs and how much you need to cut back to start losing weight or maintaing a weight safely also one thing to remember is that your veggies and fruits are carbs its not just the breads and starches what i found is cutting back on those and maybe instead of eating bread or something i have some fruit instead i can manage my weight like i said there are definitely some people out there who can explain this a lot more then i can and i hope they post some stuff too i was just going through the forums and thought i would throw this out there so lets here what everyone has to say

i forgot a few things you also need to cut out all your processed foods sodas any junk food make sure you are taking in plenty of water and alos if you are trying to lose weight and put on muscle of maintain muscle and imo if you are just doing it to be healthy be patient you should only really be losing 1-2 pounds a week and in most cases its more like .5-1 a week which like i said will take longer but it is the healthier way to do it like i said i am no expert and am not the best at explainig a lot of this so anyone else out there who can please feel free to comment

LOL Yeah sorry about that i just read it again and you are right it is hard to follow. I will try again and maybe just do certain aspects of it to make it easier to follow. And just so everyone knows i am not an expert or anything so if anyone reads something that doesnt sound right or whatever let me know. I am just posting things i am finding through forums like this one or bodybuilding forums and just books that i have had recommended. But sorry about the periods.
