What stood out for me is that he said they want to discourage the lay and pray. Truth be told, most MMA fans don't like it. We see all the negative comments about Rashad, Kos, etc. And since EliteXC is going to be on network TV, they want exciting fights.

Yeah that dude, I just didnt like when he said those "arent fighters" for our organization. I agree with the LNP argument, but there's ways to deal with that like stand them up for inactivity. And when you look at ELITEXC, yes, they are exciting fights, but I'd like to see some more technical grappling in that organization as well.
I really hope what doesent happen with EliteXC is that they build these guys with limited to no grappling up, then those guys move over to the big stage of The UFC, and get their asses kicked.
You absolutely must have the complete package in modern MMA and any organization that says they're not gonna basically let guys fight on the ground?
