I tend to think that Serra was lucky enough to fight GSP at a time when he was'nt mentally all there. GSP was'nt focused solely on his match with Serra, was'nt focused on the job at hand and he lost. This fight will be differant. GSP will have a plan and be able to execute it. Serra will be overwhelmed and lose by either KO or submission. What i don't see it GSP looking to trade strikes with Serra on the inside where Serra's short arms and heavy hands give him the advantage. GSP will stay out of that range and pick Serra apart from the outside or take the fight to the ground and overwhelm Serra there. Add in that Serra has been out of action for quite some time rehabing a back injury and i don't give Serra a prayer. Now take into account that i am always wrong with my predictions and Serra wins.
