Looks to be from last year and sorry for the stupid circus music they play in the vid.

I personally never cared for Carlos Mencia. Ever since my boy Chapelle got canceled it was tuff finding a good substitue imo.

Rogan really lets him have it too lol.

Serves him right if he is stealing material.
